PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

This Photo & Video Release (“Release”) is entered into by the undersigned individual (“Creator”) in favor of Exclusive Motion LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Exclusive Motion”).

This Release governs the capture and use of photo, video, audio, and other media recorded in connection with any Exclusive Motion engagement, event, production, or project.

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS

Creator irrevocably grants Exclusive Motion the unrestricted, worldwide right to photograph, film, record, reproduce, edit, distribute, publish, and display any photo, video, audio, or media captured by or featuring Creator in connection with any Exclusive Motion engagement.

This grant applies to all media formats now known or later developed.

2. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

All content covered by this Release is the sole property of Exclusive Motion.

Creator waives any claim to ownership, approval rights, or additional compensation beyond what was expressly agreed in writing, if any.

3. USAGE RIGHTS

Exclusive Motion may use the content for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Marketing and promotion

• Branding materials

• Digital platforms and social media

• Websites

• Commercial use

• Future campaigns or materials

No usage limitations apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. NO UNAUTHORIZED POSTING

Creator may not post, share, distribute, or release any content related to Exclusive Motion engagements without prior written approval from Exclusive Motion.

Unauthorized posting constitutes a breach of this Release.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Creator agrees not to disclose any non-public information related to clients, talent, locations, schedules, or internal operations connected to the engagement.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Creator releases and holds harmless Exclusive Motion, its clients, partners, representatives, and assigns from any claims arising from the use of the content, including claims related to compensation, invasion of privacy, likeness, or misrepresentation.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

8. ENTIRE RELEASE

This Release represents the entire agreement regarding photo and video usage and supersedes all prior discussions related to this subject.

By submitting this form, Creator confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Photo & Video Release.
