What began as a community grew from lived experience.
Founded by Briana Perloni, a model, creative and entrepreneur, Exclusive Motion (EM) started as a way for women to find one another. EM was built on connection and trust, to share space, and to support each other while moving through creative worlds that can feel isolating when navigated alone.
EM took shape through how Briana already lived and worked. Collaborative. Expressive. Rooted in real relationships. What formed was not a brand at first, but a network built through shared experience and community.
Today, EM operates as a model management and talent advisory agency. We work closely with models and content creators, offering guidance around placement and creative direction that feels natural and culturally aware. Our work also extends into experiential direction, shaping fashion shows, model workshops and advising hospitality spaces in ways that feel connected to the people. At its core, EM moves like a collective. Individuality is valued. Community is protected.

Model management at Exclusive Motion is hands-on and ongoing.
We represent models across bookings, castings, shoots, and brand work, while handling the structure that allows them to operate professionally. This includes managing inquiries, negotiating rates, coordinating schedules, and overseeing contracts so talent can focus on the work itself.
Beyond bookings, management also covers how a model is positioned over time. What projects make sense. Which opportunities are worth pursuing. When to say no. How to maintain consistency across different environments and industries.
The goal is control, clarity, and longevity.

Talent advisory is separate from representation and does not require exclusive management.
This service focuses on guidance rather than placement. It supports models and content creators who want direction around their image, creative choices, and professional decision-making without being formally signed.
Advisory work can include portfolio feedback, brand alignment conversations, content direction, and strategic input around opportunities that fall outside traditional modeling. It’s a space to think through next moves with context and intention.
The advisory role exists to help talent move smarter, not louder.
