NON-EXCLUSIVE TALENT BOOKING AGREEMENT

This Non-Exclusive Talent Booking Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Exclusive Motion LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Exclusive Motion” or “Company”), and the undersigned individual (“Talent”).

This Agreement defines expectations, responsibilities, and professional standards for all bookings, events, and engagements facilitated by Exclusive Motion on a project-by-project, non-exclusive basis.

1. REPRESENTATION AND COMMUNICATION

Exclusive Motion manages all communication, scheduling, coordination, and client interaction for each engagement.

Talent agrees that all communication with clients regarding availability, rates, scope of work, future opportunities, or changes must flow through Exclusive Motion. Direct discussions with clients outside of Exclusive Motion are not permitted.

If a client contacts Talent directly regarding an Exclusive Motion engagement, Talent must redirect the client to Exclusive Motion immediately.

2. ENGAGEMENT DETAILS AND PREPARATION

Exclusive Motion will provide engagement details prior to each booking, including timing, location, attire, expectations, and access instructions.

Talent agrees to review all details promptly and raise any questions or concerns as early as possible. Talent is expected to arrive prepared, punctual, and aligned with the confirmed brief.

3. SCOPE OF WORK

Talent may not accept responsibilities outside the approved scope of work.

This includes extended time on site, additional content creation, physical assistance, promotional activity, or any request not cleared by Exclusive Motion. Any unexpected request must be approved by Exclusive Motion before acceptance.

4. PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS ON SITE

Talent agrees to maintain a professional presence at all engagements. This includes respectful interaction with clients, guests, staff, and other talent.

Disruptive, unsafe, or unprofessional behavior is not permitted. If Talent feels uncomfortable or unsafe at any time, Exclusive Motion must be notified immediately so appropriate action can be taken.

5. ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE EXPECTATIONS

Talent may choose whether or not to consume alcohol. No one may pressure Talent to drink.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. If Talent encounters pressure or unsafe conditions, Exclusive Motion must be notified immediately.

6. PHYSICAL BOUNDARIES

Talent shall not be touched, guided, or physically engaged by clients or guests without clear consent and professional necessity.

Any inappropriate or unwanted contact must be reported to Exclusive Motion as soon as possible.

7. COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT

All compensation is coordinated exclusively through Exclusive Motion LLC.

Talent may not discuss rates, payment terms, or compensation directly with clients under any circumstances.

Payment will be issued after the engagement is completed and after the client fulfills their payment obligations to Exclusive Motion.

8. NON-SOLICITATION

For twelve (12) months following any engagement or introduction facilitated by Exclusive Motion, Talent may not solicit, negotiate, or accept work directly from any client introduced through Exclusive Motion.

All future opportunities with such clients must be routed through Exclusive Motion.

9. MEDIA AND CONTENT USAGE

Talent agrees to appear in photo, video, and media captured during the engagement for the approved project.

Use beyond the original scope, including extended commercial use, requires written approval and may involve additional compensation.

10. GROOMING, ATTIRE, AND PRESENTATION

Talent must arrive groomed, styled, and dressed according to the confirmed brief.

Concerns regarding attire or presentation must be raised prior to arrival.

11. TRANSPORTATION AND DELAYS

If transportation issues arise, Talent must notify Exclusive Motion as early as possible.

If an emergency prevents attendance, Exclusive Motion must be informed immediately.

12. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS

Talent may not bring friends, partners, or personal guests to any engagement unless expressly approved in writing by Exclusive Motion.

13. CONFIDENTIALITY

Talent agrees to keep confidential all non-public information related to clients, locations, schedules, rates, and internal operations.

14. CONDUCT ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Talent agrees not to post remarks, complaints, or content that could harm the reputation of Exclusive Motion, other talent, Company representatives, or clients.

Concerns must be communicated directly to Exclusive Motion.

15. NON-DISPARAGEMENT

Talent agrees not to make statements that damage the reputation of Exclusive Motion, its representatives, or its clients.

16. SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT STANDARDS

If unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior arise, Talent must notify Exclusive Motion immediately.

Exclusive Motion will determine whether removal or adjustment is necessary.

17. BRAND ALIGNMENT AND CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS

Talent acknowledges that their presence reflects on Exclusive Motion during any engagement facilitated by the Company.

Talent agrees to maintain professional conduct, respectful behavior, and adherence to confirmed expectations. Failure to do so may affect future engagement opportunities.

18. SOCIAL CONTENT AND CREDIT

Behind-the-Scenes Content:

Talent agrees to capture and share behind-the-scenes content during on-site engagements facilitated by Exclusive Motion and to tag @ExclusiveMotionAgency on any platform where such content is posted.

Professional Photo and Video Content:

If professional photo or video content is produced from an engagement, Talent agrees that any public posts featuring final content will include a tag to @ExclusiveMotionAgency.

Timing:

Content should be shared within a reasonable window following the engagement unless otherwise requested by Exclusive Motion or the client.

19. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Parties regarding bookings facilitated by Exclusive Motion.

By submitting this form, Talent confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Non-Exclusive Talent Booking Agreement.
