MODEL / TALENT RELEASE AGREEMENT

This Model / Talent Release Agreement (“Release”) is entered into by and between Exclusive Motion LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Exclusive Motion”), and the undersigned individual (“Talent”).

This Release governs the use of Talent’s image, likeness, name, voice, and appearance in connection with any project, shoot, campaign, event, or engagement coordinated by Exclusive Motion.

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS

Talent grants Exclusive Motion the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture Talent’s image, likeness, name, voice, and appearance (“Content”).

Exclusive Motion may use the Content for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Marketing and promotional materials

• Digital and social media platforms

• Websites and online advertising

• Print materials

• Brand decks, pitch materials, and case studies

• Editorial and commercial use

This grant applies to all media formats now known or later developed.

2. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

All Content created during any Exclusive Motion engagement is the sole property of Exclusive Motion or the applicable client, as designated by Exclusive Motion.

Talent waives any ownership claim to the Content and acknowledges that no approval rights are required for final edits, selection, or usage.

3. NO ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION

Talent acknowledges that compensation, if any, is defined separately through a booking, management, or project agreement.

No additional payment is owed for use of the Content under this Release unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. EDITING AND MODIFICATION

Exclusive Motion may edit, crop, retouch, composite, or modify the Content at its discretion, provided such use is not defamatory or misleading.

5. NO UNAUTHORIZED USE BY TALENT

Talent may not use, repost, sell, license, distribute, or otherwise exploit Content from Exclusive Motion engagements for personal, commercial, or promotional use without prior written approval from Exclusive Motion.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Talent agrees not to disclose any non-public information related to clients, locations, schedules, compensation, or internal operations connected to the engagement.

7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Talent releases and holds harmless Exclusive Motion, its clients, partners, representatives, and assigns from any claims arising out of the use of the Content, including claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, misappropriation, or right of publicity.

8. AGE AND AUTHORITY

Talent represents and warrants that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the full legal authority to enter into this Release.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Release constitutes the entire agreement regarding image and likeness usage and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements related to this subject.

AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION & E-SIGNATURE

By submitting this form, Talent confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Model / Talent Release Agreement.
